Fulmer AF M Modus motorcycle helmet
The motorcycle helmet review I wanted to share is my Fulmer AF-M Modus motorcycle helmet, size large in black.
Overall it’s a fantastic helmet rivaling much more expensive models from competitive makers. I also have a chrome, mirrored visor that I purchased direct from Fulmer.
The helmet is very comfortable and I feel very safe when wearing it. I love the modular construction, allowing me to flip up the entire front face, which allows me to talk to fellow riders easily at stops without completely removing the helmet.
Fulmer as a company was a pleasure to deal with. They usually don’t sell direct to consumers, only to dealers, however when I called their customer support to purchase a new visor, they allowed me to order directly from them when I told them my local dealer stopped carrying their products.
The only place where I would like to see improvement would be in the system to change visors… it seems a bit flimsy. Given the price of the helmet though (less than $100), it is a small concession to make.
Overall Fulmer motorcycle helmets seem to be an incredible value for the cost, and anybody looking to buy a motorcycle helmet should look at Fulmer’s lineup, especially the AF-M Modus.
